Waiting Conditions and Delay Guarantee
Allowed waiting time at the Airport or Train Station: 30 Minutes from the time that was booked.
Waiting time free of charge: 15 Minutes before the pick-up time in position and 30 Minutes from the time that was booked, it is 45 Minutes free of charge for waiting time.
Allowed waiting time at the Hotels and other addresses: 15 Minutes from the time that was booked.
Waiting time free of charge: 15 Minutes before the pick-up time in position and 15 Minutes from the time that was booked, it is 30 Minutes free of charge for waiting time.
After the waiting time will be charged: 1.00 €/Min + 3% VAT.
Waiting Time for Private Flights
If the flight is cancelled or has been diverted and the driver has been waiting at the airport, the waiting time will be charged and the return trip to the garage which will be charged also, it will be the price of the transfer which has been reserved.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 4 Hours before the beginning of the service: No charge.
Cancellation after 4 Hours of the beginning of the service: 100% of the service requested will be charged.
For a transfer and for in case of additional waiting, will be charged the transfer and the waiting time.
For a service at disposal, will be charged for minimum 3 hours from garage to garage.
Important Information
We are not responsible for valuables left in the vehicle
Prices do not include: Parking fees, Toll fees, Entrance to museums, Phone calls from the driver's mobile unless stipulated
Times and kilometers are charged from garage to garage
Garage to garage, waiting and extra hour between 08:00 & 20:00: Hourly rate
Garage to garage, waiting and extra hour between 20:00 & 08:00: Hourly Rate + 15% surcharge
Extra km: Based on vehicle and kilometers
